Licensed in MO, OK, and TX, and with over a decade of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Shaela brings a deep understanding of skin function, product chemistry, and client care to the Inject team. She offers customized skin treatments, full body waxing, and pre- and post-procedure care designed to maximize results beyond the treatment room. Her primary focus is restoring the skin’s natural biome, creating a strong foundation for beautiful skin at the cellular level. Her expertise spans medical-grade skincare, advanced treatment layering, and protocols that deliver visible results in a relaxing atmosphere.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find Shaela balancing life as a proud mom of two with her love for the gym and her foodie passions. She also enjoys traveling and creating memorable experiences with her family.
Bailey has been a nurse for 5 years, specializing in aesthetics for 3. Bailey is targeted towards helping people enhance their natural beauty through safe, precise, and personalized treatments. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Bailey offers a wide variety of services including Botox, dermal fillers, IV therapy, microneedling, laser hair removal, and much more.
When Bailey isn’t at inject, she is busy keeping up with her two kids and continuing her education in nurse practitioner school. She also enjoys traveling and making memories with her family.
Katelyn has been a nurse for 17 years with a wide range of experience. She settled in the aesthetics world 11 years ago as the OR manager for Dr. Ratliff and his cosmetic surgery center. She has a passion for helping people feel better about themselves and recently has transitioned into the Med Spa realm while finishing up her Nurse Practitioner degree. She is Allergan trained in Botox© and filler, and has thoroughly enjoyed the IV Therapy, Hormone Optimization, and weight loss options for our patients.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys baking sweet treats for her friends/family, supporting her husband with his rock band and spending time with her grandkids.
Madelyn joined our team at the beginning of 2019. She is the administrative assistant and receptionist at Inject. Madelyn has training in multiple medical-grade skin care lines, specializing in antiaging, brightening, and acne prevention. She is your first point of contact when calling to schedule your appointment, as well as the last person you visit with when checking out and rescheduling. She studied cosmetology at Indian Capital Technology Center. Madelyn will always to be happy to help you with any question or scheduling needs that you may have.
Madelyn was born and raised in Coweta, OK. When Madelyn is not managing the front desk, she enjoys spending time with her kids and husband, and she is passionate about advocating for pregnancy loss awareness and prevention.
Meet Shonna Wright, your dedicated Front Office Coordinator! With 21 years of experience working alongside Dr. Ratliff, Shonna has been a key part of the practice, ensuring smooth communication and an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. Now, she has transitioned into the Inject office, bringing her expertise and warm personality to this role. As the friendly face at the front desk, she is always ready to assist and make every interaction welcoming and seamless.
When she’s not keeping the office running smoothly, Shonna loves spending time with her grandkids and embracing the lake life on her boat.Â
Greg Ratliff, MD, FACS, is the Medical Director at Inject and Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa, renowned for his expertise in breast augmentation, body contouring, and innovative cosmetic procedures. Ratliff has been an airplane pilot for over 50 years with added ratings for instrument flying, multiengine airplanes, and seaplanes. About 9 years ago, he added paragliding and paramotoring to the mix for fun flying.
Candace has been a nurse for 13 years and an aesthetic injector for the past 5 years. She is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree while continuing to advance her passion for patient care and aesthetics. Candace is dedicated to mastering her craft with ongoing continuing education and advanced technique trainings. Candace ensures she is up to date on the latest techniques to provide the best outcomes for her patients. Her approach focuses on natural aesthetics enhancing your already beautiful features while helping turn back the aging clock with subtle refreshed results.
Outside of work, Candace is a devoted wife, proud mom of four, and a dog mom to a giant goldendoodle named Zeke. She loves spending time at the lake, wakeboarding and wakesurfing with her family. Most of all, she cherishes every moment with her one and only grandbaby.
